Turkey Shoot

Glacier Gun Club Turkey Shoot 2022

Wednesday night November 16 th at 6 PM is our 2022 Club Turkey Shoot.

We are looking for 39 shooters and already have a partial signup sheet from the Halloween

Shoot. This will be a Team Shoot of 3 shooters per team. Teams to be put together by

Andy, because he had too much fun putting the Halloween Shoot teams together (truly,

we enjoyed Andy being there to take in the fun). The top 3 Teams will come home with

Birds. 

So, how do I get in? You need to be signed up by November 15 th . The fee for this

event is $15 and 30 rounds of ammo (that can be purchased from the club, if needed). We

will be shooting a target chosen by Ron to suck up those 30 rounds.

There will be 3 Stages of 10 rounds, shot with 2 magazines loaded with 5 rounds each.

There will be a separate Course of Fire for each Stage.

Each Stage will be shot at a specified distance according to Ron’s Design.

Bonus for this year:

I know that we have some Revolver shooters out there, so if we can field at least 6

Revolver shooters, we will have a Revolver Shoot Off for a Turkey. If you own a Revolver,

then you were and still are a member of the first original “Rotary” club. I will even join in

with you guys to make this happen, if I’m needed.

Almost forgot the added Bonus: You can sign up for both events for $30 and take home 2

birds, If You’ve Got What It Takes!

This should be a fun evening with new found Club Member Friends, especially if we can

field some Revolver shooters that still believe Revolvers are better.
